The spacious accommodation spans two floors and features five tastefully decorated bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two guest toilets to provide ample space for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area invites you to enjoy shared meals before gathering around the fireplace in the living room. Retreat options for reading can be found in the generous bedrooms or the cozy reading area.

The apartment not only offers a connection to the outside world with a fiber optic connection but also provides an escape from the everyday. In summer, the garden or terrace beckons for relaxation, while the private boat dock offers a unique view of the clear night sky. A rowboat is available to explore the adjacent pond. In winter, weather permitting, the pond transforms into an ice rink for ice skaters, while the private sauna ensures cozy warmth.

Parking for up to four cars is available directly in front of the house. A lockable shed accommodates e-bikes and provides outlets for convenient charging. The apartment is heated sustainably with wood from the property's own forest, and since spring 2023, green energy is generated through a photovoltaic system on the roof.

The rental includes heating costs, electricity, and water, as well as the final cleaning. Guests have access to firewood on the property for their own use, ensuring cozy hours by the fireplace.
