La Casa del Torero

Casal Torero means “house of the bullfighter” and owes its name to the bullfighter who designed this country house with a total size of 24 hectares open field. Since 2019 the accommodation acts like a Bed & Breakfast while at the same time it’s still a sustainable farm that hosts cattle, pheasants, partridges and rabbits living together in the midst of hundred-year-old olive trees. By entering the rural house, you will discover a modern and Andalusian charm that accompanies all the lightning and colourful rooms.  

The B&B offers four different rooms and each of them can accommodate up to four people. For groups of more than 10 people, it is also possible to rent the entire house. The whole property provides air-conditioning and free WiFi as well as a sun terrace, a community lounge and a private garden with seasonal outside pool and Jacuzzi. The two double rooms have two single beds, a huge bathroom, a terrace with village view and private access to the countryside. The suite also provides a sofa bed, its own living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. The Panorama apartment consists of two bedrooms and a lightning kitchen with wooden furniture that is connected to a cosy living room. The price of every room includes a delicious breakfast made of regional products and fresh ingredients from the internal garden. The Mediterranean cuisine is also available in the afternoons or evenings and will serve you a delicious and healthy menu with a French touch on request.

From the entire property, you can enjoy splendid views of the lovely village Vejer, the wide nature landscape, the Andalusian coast and on a clear day, you can even see Morocco on the opposite side of the sea. Known as the “white village”, the centre of Vejer de la Frontera (3,3km away) offers you pleasant surroundings with local cafés and restaurants. For those who are interested in Equestrian sports, there is the international Equestrian tournament called “Sunshine tour” taking place every year in Dehesa Montenmedio, which is just 13km from the accommodation.  

Other places to visit nearby are Conil de la Frontera (19km) and Chiclana de la Frontera (35km). We recommend a visit to one of the coastal beaches of the Costa da Luz that are accessible in just a few minutes by car. If you like to play golf, there is a golf course only 16km from the accommodation. The closest airport is Jerez Airport, 53 km away.
