Silves Villa

Casa Silves is a very special and luxurious villa, picturesquely situated on the banks of the River Arade, very close to Silves. This elegant residence is equipped with all modern amenities and has been tastefully decorated. In its spacious garden area, you will find a delightful Jacuzzi and a marvellous swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace with breathtaking views of the river. Built in 2011, this property is set on a large plot in the unspoilt countryside of Arrochella.

The villa is surrounded by several terraces on different levels, which are connected by stairs. The entrance area has a ramp to allow wheelchair access. A charming veranda with cosy lounge sofas, sun loungers and a spacious dining table invites you to relax and offers a first-class viewpoint of the river. There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities. On a lower level is the 8x4 metre pool with a wooden terrace and numerous sun loungers. The view of the river and the surrounding hills is marvellous.

The interior is very luxurious and tastefully decorated. The living room is characterised by large windows and double doors to the covered terrace. Here you will find cosy sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels. A square dining table seats eight people. The open wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel built-in fridge, a spacious five-burner hob, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Each of the four bedrooms in the house has its own bathroom and air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which is barrier-free and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the loft by arrangement and at an additional cost. The master bedroom on the upper floor is particularly luxurious and has an exquisite bathroom. From here you can access an enchanting roof terrace with a marvellous view of the river.

The villa is equipped with a wireless internet connection and has a washing machine and dryer. A cot and high chair are available on request. The villa is cleaned twice a week, bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice a week. 

Silves, the nearest town, is only three kilometres away and offers visitors the opportunity to explore the ruins of an impressive castle, wander around the picturesque market and visit the numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The most beautiful beaches are no more than fifteen kilometres from the villa and are easily accessible.
