This charming villa in the countryside is located about ten kilometres from the historic town of Silves. The holiday home has a spacious garden, which is adorned with many indigenous trees and plants. A covered veranda with elegant lounge furniture adorns the south side of the villa, while a wooden terrace surrounds the inviting 10 x 4 swimming pool. Ample sun loungers and large parasols invite you to relax by the pool. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue promises relaxed holiday hours with home-cooked meals. For more action, the garden offers a basketball court and a wooden swing.

The single-storey villa is elegantly furnished throughout. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a five-burner hob with wok burner, an XL oven, a deep fryer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Delta espresso machine and a spacious fridge. The long dining table in the kitchen offers enough space for a large group. A fireplace separates the kitchen from the living room, where there is a cosy seating area with satellite TV and a stereo system.

All five tastefully decorated bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. Two of them are also equipped with safes. Laundry facilities are available in the separate utility room. A cleaning service is offered once a week, which also includes a change of bed linen and towels.

In the surrounding area, Silves offers a wealth of historical sights as well as numerous shops, restaurants, bars and charming places to eat out. Beautiful beaches and attractive seaside resorts such as Ferragudo, Armação de Pêra and Albufeira are only half an hour's drive away. The nearest golf course, the 18-hole Oceânico Faldo Course, is about eight kilometres away.

For groups of more than ten people, an additional chic guest house is included in the rental price as standard. Two adults and two children can stay comfortably in this guest house. Should you wish to use the guest house with fewer than ten people, please ask the hosts for an advance payment of €50 to cover the additional cleaning costs.
