If you are looking for a small paradise to hide in, Luz de Mar is the ideal accommodation for you and is something more than a simple beach house. It was renovated in 2019 and it is the ideal property for one or two families: 10 beds even if the living space is more forgiving. The owners and the architect have thought of every detail, both interior and exterior. There are five floors in all! Although you will spend most of your time on the ground floor and first floor.

The entire outdoor area is clad in treated pine wood, providing a continuity that embraces the covered terrace, the entire pool area, access to the barbecue area and parking area, and also the terraced garden leading to the apartment courtyard for guests on the other side of the house.

The bedrooms in Luz de Mar are spread over three floors. The ground floor houses the guest bedroom with its double bed and private bathroom, and also a small single bedroom with en suite shower. The basement is home to a guest apartment, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, and a good-sized living room, complete with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and built-in microwave. The glass doors fold back the entire width at one end to give access to a private sunken courtyard.

The first floor contains a separate TV room and the remaining three bedrooms: the main suite and two children's rooms. All open onto the first floor terrace with its plunge pool and sea views.

There is a crow's nest roof terrace with 360-degree views, ideal for an aperitif at sunset.
