Built in 2023, this villa, located in the Sierra Melides, is an exceptional retreat with three suites, each equipped with a charming balcony overlooking nature. Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, the villa guarantees a comfortable stay for families and groups of friends alike, with a loft in each suite offering an additional single bed suitable for children up to 16 years old. All suites are located on the first floor and feature a double bed and private bathroom with shower.

The house, with its contemporary and cheerful decor without being pretentious, invites you to enjoy yourself. The kitchen, fully equipped and bright thanks to its panoramic window, encourages you to come in and enjoy the views of the traditional landscape of cork oak "montado". The terrace is the perfect setting for unforgettable sunsets, offering total privacy and an intimate connection with nature.

With a private swimming pool available all year round, guests can enjoy the tranquillity of nature in total privacy. The house welcomes your pets, and you can opt for daily cleaning services and breakfast included.

Located in São Francisco da Serra, the villa is within a 10-minute drive of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as Melides Beach. This beach, over 30km long, allows you to choose between staying close to the supportive bars or simply walking 5 minutes to enjoy the quieter surroundings.
