Aguasalá

Aguasalá is pretty much the perfect beach house on the Costa de la Luz in Spain, with the cliffs as part of the garden, direct access to the beach that you can have all to yourself most of the year and much more.  

The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 en suite) that can accommodate up to 12 people. The master suite has beautiful sea views and direct access to the roof terrace. Bedroom 2 has similar views but no direct access to the terrace, the other three bedrooms on the first floor have garden views (2 with a hint of sea view) through floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large living area of 150m2 divided into a sitting area, TV area, kitchen and dining area. Not only the dining area inside the house, but also the dining area on the terrace invites you to dine with a breath-taking sea view.

The interior corresponds to the cliché of an Atlantic beach house with a lot of attention to detail. All rooms are individually designed, but contribute to a coherent overall picture. You'll find colours in shades of white and blue, comfortable sofas, esparto rugs, beautiful waxed woodwork carved from individual tree trunks, and unique ceramics that add colour. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer.

But not only the interior of the house is inviting, the infinity pool, a chill-out area on the roof, the sea view and some other outstanding features leave nothing to be desired. 

The holiday home offers a beautifully landscaped garden, adorned by succulents carefully placed around the entire property. The large semi-wild garden on the cliff is shared with two neighbours. 

Nearby, within walking distance, you will find a local shop, a pharmacy, a few bars and restaurants and a children's playground. A much wider selection of bars and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute drive. The village of Roche also offers tennis courts, paddle courts and football pitches. The area surrounding the house offers you countless activities such as cycling, climbing, hiking, surfing, ballooning, horse riding and much more.
