The building is a villa from 1950 and was renovated and enlarged by the architect Iñaki Biurrun. In the process, the building and decorative standards of the time were revived: carved beamed ceilings, wrought-iron balconies, window openings framed with hewn stone, venerable moldings, parquet floors and antique Andalusian tiles. The interior design, both contemporary and timeless, is in perfect harmony with the aesthetics of the villa's 50-year history and is a testament to the craftsmanship of the Basque Country and Spain.
