Part of a 300 year old former farm, the garden apartment at Finca Botanico has been fully renovated in 2016 and offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for two people in an idyllic and tranquil edge of the village location.
The property is entirely independent of the rest of the Finca, ensuring total peace and privacy for guests and is located in Guatiza, just a five minutes’ drive from the popular yet unspoilt beach at Arrieta and five minutes’ walk from Cesar Manrique´s world famous cactus garden.  

The Finca Botanico Garden Apartment boasts a charming private courtyard garden which is packed with mature tropical plants, and divided into different chill out areas with comfortable seating, enabling guests to relax in either the sun or the shade and enjoy a real feeling of outdoor living and a connection with the surrounding countryside. There´s also an outdoor shower so you can cool down when sunbathing. 

The garden has outdoor lights and is also ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors.  Internally the property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, offering guests free high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and a wood burner for winter nights.  All fittings and furnishings are new, including the bed and the sofa. 
Beach towels are provided as well as bath towels and linen. The property has a large sitting room, with high ceilings and large double patio doors which open onto the garden, bringing the outdoors in.  Guests can relax on the new three seat sofa and gaze out into the garden.   

There´s a new fully fitted kitchen, equipped with cooker, four ring hobs, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee machine as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you could need.  Whilst for dining there´s both indoor and outdoor options. The bathroom is brand new, marble tiled and boasts a good quality shower as well as plenty of natural light. 
The bedroom has a very comfortable new queen size double bed, built in wardrobes, side tables and lamps and two windows with shutters and great views to the countryside.  

The village of Guatiza retains an authentic rural and unspoilt character and Finca Botanico is surrounded by fields where local farmers still cultivate a wide variety of produce.  A small supermarket, cash point, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk of the property, with wonderful scenery and plenty of delightful country walks right on the doorstep too.
