A staircase grants access to a rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a distant and majestic view.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find the self-contained guest apartment complete with its private terrace. The apartment offers ample storage space, a swivel television setup, frosted glass partitions leading to the luxurious bathroom, and generous sleeping and seating areas. This fantastic villa seamlessly combines grandeur with intimacy.

Additionally, several supermarkets are conveniently situated nearby, and a mere 10-minute drive will take you to a selection of golf courses and upscale shopping centers.
