Hotel Cram

Striking contemporary design in the historic heart of Barcelona. You simply can’t fault the Hotel Cram’s location. But once inside, guests are in for a surprise. The interior, whilst also not lacking refinement, is in contrast thoroughly modern and striking. Just witness the sequence of contrasts - dark ceiling areas, floor tiles and furniture, the lobby bar or consider the striking colours used that range from orange to violet to Bordeaux. This refreshing “modernity” is ubiquitous. The central patio, for example, makes full use of natural illumination whilst the very spacious rooms even come with an interesting innovation, whereby guests can select different lighting scenes (welcome, fiesta, romantic and night light).

In some ways, the Hotel Cram is much like Barcelona itself, very much aware of its historical patrimony, but not afraid of moving forward with bold modern strokes.
