La Dehesa Experiences

Do you feel like relaxing in nature, something like camping, but with a bit more comfort and luxury? Then the glamping resort La Dehesa Experience in the Andalusian Sierra Morena is just right for you!

Located near Córdoba in the south of Spain, the resort has six exclusive suites in modern wooden bungalows built on stilts and with a tent roof - just the way it should be for a true glamping experience. After all, you want to listen to the leaves rustling in the wind and see the moonlight at night, don't you? That's easy because the front of the glamping suites is made almost entirely of glass, so you can feel completely connected to nature. Right outside the door, you can refresh yourself in the private swimming pool while enjoying the wonderful view of the green hills covered with olive trees and holm oaks. Depending on your chosen suite, you even have a view of the lake in the middle of the grounds and, if you're lucky, you may be able to watch plenty of birds and other free-living animals drinking from it without disturbing them.

The six suites are all unique and spaced generously apart so you can relax in complete privacy with your loved ones. They offer space for two to four people and are characterized by their modern interior design with all the necessary amenities. Far from being cut off from the outside world, you have a kitchenette and a living area with TV at your disposal. The Junior Suites all have two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The suites have one bedroom with a double bed.

The Sierra Morena mountain region is a biosphere reserve and thus creates a protected habitat for the native flora and fauna, especially the highly endangered Iberian lynx. Due to the low light pollution and clear skies, your accommodation is also located in the largest Starlight travel destination in the world, protected by the UNESCO. This makes the suites of the La Dehesa Experience predestined for a cosy evening of stargazing on your open-air veranda.

Included in the price is a full breakfast to give you energy in the morning. La Dehesa Experiences also has an à la carte restaurant serving lunch and dinner. All meals are served in your private tent. In addition, all tents are equipped with a selection of wines and cold drinks, as well as exquisite Iberian cured meats, cheeses, and pâtés. In all meals, great emphasis is put on the use of regional and seasonal ingredients.

To fully immerse yourself in nature and get to know the surroundings better, you can also take part in various activities organized by the hosts, such as photo safaris, wine tastings, hikes, horseback rides, and stargazing courses. There is a parking space for guests on the premises. You are also welcome to bring your pet. Please note that the pools cannot be used from October to April.
