Thanks to the Austrian sculpture Reinhold Traxl, who made the industrial hangar his home and studio in 1999, nowadays it is a modern 250sqm loft with big glass openings, transparant iron curtains and beautiful terraces, making the tuscan nature come inside. Furnitured with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a central open fireplace, wine cellar and two lovely bedrooms, the design hotel combines a contemporary style with the timeless  beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

The house also provides a washing machine, free WiFi, iPod docking station, DVD player, TV, air conditioning, central heating and highest comfort standards thanks to its cosy beds. The two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with big rain showers, are suited to accommodate 4 guests. Both bathrooms have access to a big bathtub ( 200×100 ) and the outside shower. Outside the building there is a garden with a 20m pool and sauna waiting for you. Coming with its own bathroom, made in the old electricity tower, situated next to a sea container from which terrace one is having great views on Montelifré, the swimming pool is such an experience. Strolling through the apartment and the garden, you will find design furniture and art pieces everywhere. Next to the main building, there is an open loft where you can organize meetings and parties or just hang around.

If the views on the medieval ruins of Montelifré are not enough for you, you can visit the small town of Montisi in the municipality of Montalcino, which is just 2km away. The owners Johny & Rita would love to emerge you in their Tuscan Southern world and are always at your disposal for recommending trips, visits, restaurants or other nice places to go. On request you can ask for a daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, private cooking classes or a wine tasting. Even massages or a yoga teacher can be organised.
