The unique "The perfect Beach House’’ is a stunning 26 m² house created by an Italian design studio. Each piece of space or furniture is custom made to make the space a better place to be lived in. It explores the desire to juxtapose the sleek, streamlined design of a modern structure with the organic environment of the surrounding nature. It hosts two guests with a very open space with one bed, one bath and kitchen with a combined living area.

"The perfect Beach House’’ is situated at a strategic point on the island. Not only it is in Iyalissos, the most upscale residential area of Rhodes but everything is within easy reach from the airport to the city centre including its port. Most importantly, it is only a 200-meter walk to the beach with its crystal clear waters. For windsurf enthusiasts, the house is situated next to one of the best spots on the island.

There’s no room service or concierge at "The perfect Beach House’’ but fully designed kits just waiting to be used to enjoy an interrupted atmosphere of relaxation. Our hosts can enjoy a home-cooked meal with our traditional Greek food kit or feel like a local with our special tips around the grand island of Rhodes. The culinary beauty of Rhodes is not only about the variety of dishes from traditional to gourmet but enjoying local ingredients such as fresh fish, meats, vegetables and fruits from the island itself, a rarity among the other islands.
